We radically transformed this dilapidated but beautiful Barclays bank headquarters into a vibrant and awe-inspiring co-working space. Investors initially planned to convert building into residential flats. Trakk researched commercial viability and recommended to transform into a highly profitable cool office hub instead. We developed a new business concept, demolished and stripped out existing interiors and redesigned space into a co-working space featuring 16 offices, three kitchens, 8 bathrooms, all in all around 6000 sq.ft. The project has been a fantastic commercial success as well as providing a creative inspiring space which enables residents to perform at their highest level. Our brief was to spruce up a tired, old council office and create a space that suited the building’s new start-up hub occupants. Our client’s vision was somewhere between sophisticated Manhattan loft meets uber cool futuristic playground, designed to encourage a work environment that is as creative as it is functional.

We not only delivered that vision, but we completely transformed the lives of those working within the space, having received multiple reports of staff having a renewed sense of enjoyment and heightened level of productivity thanks to their new aviation-themed co-working space.
